Our British operation includes a sales office and a distribution center in Birkenhead.

Your role : As Sales Executive, you will join our sales team, focusing on understanding customer needs, communicating product features, and interpreting technical requirements.

Comprehensive training will be provided, but a solid technical understanding is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Travel throughout UK to visit potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Effectively manage and interpret customer requirements.

- Administer and manage customer accounts.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact data.

- Prepare comprehensive reports for sales meetings.

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

- Prepare customer quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.

- Coordinate sales projects efficiently.

- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training.

- Develop collaboration with selected business partners for mutual development of business.

- Conducting pricing analysis on customer base, creating strategies for maximizing returns whilst ensuring customers remain loyal and fairly treated.

- Design and manage sales activities and initiatives related to key accounts across the region with significant impact on overall results and objectives.

- Understand and keep up to date with market trends and customer requirements, translate it to solutions to meet customer needs.

- Monitor financial & payment performance of key accounts, including accurate invoicing.

- Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows and other promotional events.

Minimum requirements

Key skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).

- Proven sales experience, ideally in raw materials (sheets), carpentry, or construction projects.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.

- Valid UK driving licence.

- Full availability to travel across the UK.
